LiveAlgarve Realty is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced property listers to strengthen our presence across the Algarve, especially in Lagos, Lagoa, Carvoeiro, Loulé, Vilamoura & Golder Triangle, Vila do Bispo and Aljezur.
If you already know how to win listings, build trust with owners, and recognise the true value of a property, you are exactly who we’re looking for.
Who We Want on Our Team
We are seeking motivated, professional real estate listers who:
- Have proven experience securing property listings
- Understand the local Algarve market and its unique regional differences
- Can confidently work with high-value homes and international sellers
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Portuguese (other languages are a strong plus)
- Are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Hold a valid driver’s license and know the local areas well
Local knowledge isn’t just helpful here, it’s essential. Each of our focus regions has its own property profile, buyer type, and pricing dynamics.
What You’ll Do
As a Lister at LiveAlgarve Realty, your focus is on building and managing quality inventory:
- Prospecting and building relationships with property owners
- Conducting property evaluations and advising on pricing strategy
- Securing exclusive and high-quality listings
- Working closely with our sales team to ensure smooth promotion and sales
You bring in the property; we make sure they shine.
