Laszlo Cabrita

Laszlo's specialty is architectural photography, and he also has a degree in hotel management.

He has been part of the Live Algarve Realty Team since our company opened doors for business. His talents are diverse, and in addition to real estate photography, he is responsible for multi-media and marketing. Laszlo is fluent in Portuguese, English, and German.

Sergey Malinka

Sergey co-founded Live Algarve Realty in 2015. He still has big plans for his brokerage and is fiercely ambitious, vying to be on the top of the lavish world of Portugal's real estate. With over 16 years of experience, he is an expert in the real estate market and literally "knows it all."

He has the empathy to listen to your needs and requests very carefully.

JESSICA

Jessica is a young entrepreneur that found her passion in being a real estate agent. She has more than 5 years of sales experience. Now living in Lagos, Jessica applies her knowledge to Algarve´s real estate market. Her goal is to deliver the best sought-after customer service to both buyers and property sellers. Born in Belgium but grown up in the Algarve, she is very familiar with the local conditions and fluent in Portuguese, English, Dutch, and has good French understanding.

Eva Krauland

Eva is co-founder of Live Algarve Realty and graduated in Visual Communication Design.

She is well versed in the local real estate market and its development for over 35 years. That gives her the ability to advise our clients carefully. In addition to her consulting work, she is in charge of the administration and parts of the social media presence of Live Algarve Realestate. Eva is fluent in German, Portuguese and English.

“I was looking for a property in the Algarve myself in the 80s to settle here. However, it became clear to me that it is not easy, especially without language skills. From this realization came my vocation to work as a real estate agent. I want to support my clients with my experience and knowledge.”

Angelika Mletzko

Angelika brings more than 5 years of experience in real estate acquisition to our Live Algarve team. She has profound knowledge of the country and its people, as the Hamburg native has lived in the Algarve since 1986. She speaks fluent German, Portuguese, English and French.

Cesare

Cesare joined Live Algarve in the summer of 22, moving to Portugal from the UK in 2021. A driven problem solver, no challenge is too big, and his ‘outside the box thinking and direct approach have served him and his clients well in achieving their goals in the Algarve’s property market. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the water sailing from the Marina, hiking through the countryside or at the local rugby team socials.
